Our approach to making money from betting on horses will not suit everyone. We don't bet every day so this is not a service for "action junkies". Two factors dictate the way we operate. We have a desire to make money long term and we require a regular return on our investments.
The single biggest advantage punters have over bookmakers is that they can choose when to bet, whereas the layers have to play in every race, every day.
The type of race and shape of the betting market will often dictate the approach we take but our aim will remain the same - to achieve consistent, long term profits and a high strike rate of successful selections. The vast majority of our selections are advised as each way bets where we believe the odds on offer represent value for the win and the place part of the bet. We particularly like to take on horses which we believe to be "false" favourites (those 2 oppose). We will always side with "form horses" which, in the majority of cases, means we are simply looking for a selection to do something it has done before. Of course we don't always get it right, but we get it right often enough to make consistent profits.
Each time we advise a bet we also provide detailed analysis, time permitting, which helps members to understand why we are getting involved in any particular event.
Our selections are proofed, in advance of racing, to an independent proofing site so that our performance can be verified.
